Seasons of Life
Life has seasons. Some seasons are about thriving, others about surviving.
After years of deep dedication to juicing and plant-based living, motherhood shifted my rhythm. Between sleepless nights, the demands of raising a little one, and the whirlwind of daily life, I found myself drifting from the lifestyle I once lived so fully.
But here’s the truth: wellness isn’t about perfection. It’s about remembering, returning, and taking one small step at a time. This is my journey of coming home to myself — and why I’m inviting you to walk it with me.

1. Why I Drifted
Motherhood is beautiful. And consuming. My days became about Ella first, me second.
- My juicer gathered dust.
- I swapped nutrient-dense meals for quick fixes between naps.
- Some days, even a shower felt like a win.
Slowly, my energy dimmed. My clarity fogged. My confidence wavered.
And yet, beneath the exhaustion, I never lost the memory of how good I felt when I was aligned with plant-based living. That knowing has been my compass — quietly reminding me: you can always come back.

2. The Power of Returning
The beauty of wellness is that it never leaves you. Even when you drift, the path is still there, waiting. Coming back doesn’t mean starting over — it means reconnecting with what already works.
For me, that begins with the smallest, simplest practices:
- One juice a day — even if it’s just cucumber + apple + lemon.
- Swapping packaged snacks for a fresh fruit bowl that Ella and I share together.
- Hydration on hand — a big water bottle, herbal teas, and warm lemon water in the mornings.
Each small return brings me closer to the vibrant energy I remember. Each sip, each colourful plate is a reminder: I am still her.
✨ Coming home isn’t a dramatic reset. It’s a gentle re-alignment, step by step.

3. Walking the Journey Together
What I love most about this season is that I’m not “teaching from the mountaintop.” I’m walking the path alongside you.
- I’m rebuilding consistency.
- I’m rediscovering joy in cooking, even in simple meals.
- I’m showing Ella the beauty of colourful, nourishing food.
If you’ve ever fallen off track with your health, know this: you’re not alone. The path doesn’t disappear. It patiently waits until you’re ready to return.
And when you do, you don’t come back empty-handed — you return with wisdom, compassion, and an even deeper appreciation for what your body can do.

4. Lessons Motherhood Taught Me About Wellness
This season has shown me that wellness isn’t just about food — it’s about mindset.
- Perfection isn’t the goal. Some days, a juice is enough. That counts.
- Joy matters more than rules. A colourful plate made with love is more nourishing than a perfectly “clean” meal made with stress.
- Self-care fuels family care. When I nourish myself, I have more energy, patience, and joy to give Ella.
Wellness is not about being flawless. It’s about presence, consistency, and compassion — for yourself and for your journey.
5. An Invitation to Return
If you’ve drifted, know this: there’s no shame in it. Life is full of seasons, and sometimes survival mode takes centre stage. What matters is not how far you wandered, but how gently you come back.
Your return doesn’t need to be dramatic. It can be one juice, one walk, one breath at a time.
🌸 If you’re ready to return to juicing and plant-based living, join me. Together, we’ll rebuild habits, celebrate small wins, and keep choosing nourishment over perfection.
